Q Are the products pictured actual size?

A Although it isn’t possible to show an actual size on the internet, we do our best to scale our images so that they can be compared to one another. Some items have measurements noted in their specification list, but please Contact Us to request more information or additional images of an item. Please note that on items which we have multiple versions of, the photographed piece will be indicated by “Pictured” in the drop down menu.

Q Can I buy online at Harrington Brookshaw Jewellers?

A Yes you can, click on the “Add to Cart” option to proceed to the checkout process. If an item displays “Out of Stock Enquiry” please fill in the enquiry form and we will give you a price and lead time to supply it to you. Due to our large stock holding we are unable to show all of our options online. If you are able to visit our showroom we would love to show you through our full range.

Q What methods of payment do Harrington Brookshaw Jewellers accept online?

A We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via our secure Payment Sense Gateway. Please note that we ship goods to UK addresses only, and the billing address and shipping address must be the same.

Q How will my items be packaged?

A Jewellery will arrive in our beautiful Harrington Brookshaw boxes, and branded items will be packaged in their relevant branded packaging. Items can also be gift wrapped by request. For security and discretion, the outer packaging will be plain and will have no branding.

Q Can a ring be resized to fit me?

A Yes, certain rings can be adjusted in finger size. If you would like a finger size other than the one stated on the product page, please note your request it in the Review & Payments page in Checkout. We will judge if the ring can be adjusted or if it should be special ordered in your requested size, we will contact you to inform you of the best option. Please note, a resizing will take 1-2 weeks, and a special order will take 6-8 weeks. In addition, please note that altered, adjusted or specially ordered items may only be returned if they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Q Are chains included with pendants?

A Yes, all of our pendants are delivered with the chain shown in the image, and the length noted in the product specification. If you wish to exchange the chain for an alternative look or length then please Contact Us.
